Bring us an operational problem.

Flumen is an early-stage venture-building company. We work with operators to understand where a process actually breaks, test whether a solution is wanted, and build the ones that show real demand.

Approach

How we work

01

Understand the problem

We work inside the operation with the people doing the job, and find out what the real cost is before anyone proposes a fix.

02

Test a solution

We put an early version in front of real users and learn whether it actually changes how the work gets done.

03

Build what works

Solutions that prove their value get developed properly. The ones that do not, we say so.

What we are building

Early prototype

LEO

An execution layer for technology advisors. Advisors can spend significant time assembling what suppliers can actually deliver before they can focus on advising the client in front of them. LEO brings that picture together so the advisor can spend their time on the part that needs judgment.

Validating

Drone-enabled field operations

Site visits are expensive and what they produce is often a set of photos and someone's notes. We are testing aerial capture paired with structured reporting, so fewer trips are needed and what comes back is consistent enough to act on and to keep as a record.

Operational internally

Agentic validation and retrieval

Internal research into how AI systems can find the right information and check their own work before a person relies on it. We build it for our own projects first, and it earns its way into client work only once we trust it.

Start with the problem

Tell us what is costing more than it should. The first conversation is about understanding it, not scoping a project.

From there, work can take the shape of a paid discovery engagement or a pilot with your team. That comes later, and only if there is something worth doing.
